Responsibilities & Duties:

• Acquire property for rent via social media, email campaigns, networking, referrals, etc.
• Responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties as per the approved budget rates
• Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the specialized area, particularly market price, upcoming projects, amenities, and community features.
• Advertise available properties in all marketing portals and with the use of other advertising materials
• Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service
• Meet with prospective clients and conduct viewings
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect clients
• Ensure that leasing requirements are fully met, and complaints are handled effectively either independently or whenever required in coordination with other departments
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and finalize deals
• Always represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner

 Requirements:

• Freshers with college or university degree are welcome
• Previous real estate experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven, energetic, with a “closer mindset”
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably with valid UAE Driver’s license
