Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
MassMutual has long fostered a culture where our employees will be supported, valued, and celebrated for who they are. A big part of this is our BRGs — Business Resource Groups. At MassMutual we have eight BRGs who welcome members of different affinity groups and their allies.
Our BRGs are open to all employees; they offer a sense of community: mentoring resources, a safe space, a group of people at work who understand and support an important part of your lived experience.

How we work
As a company, we believe in capitalizing on the best of being together in our offices and personal flexibility. Our workplace philosophy puts office collaboration first, with flexibility to work remotely, ultimately helping us best meet the needs of our customers, our employees, and our company. Our employees come in at least three days per week to our spectacular campus settings while also enjoying remote Fridays, company-wide remote weeks, and a bank of flexible remote weeks to use throughout the year.
