Job Summary:
We are looking for qualified ‘Investment Advisors’ in Sales to sell our real estate project. The Position will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows.

Responsibilities:
• Presenting our project to clients in our Office.
• Handling Inbound & Outbound telephonic calls.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos.
• Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executivelevel presentations.
• Prepare PPT presentations & present to delegations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
• Coordinate with other sales personnel to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
• Reporting to management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/ marketing.
• 1-2 years of Sales/ Marketing experience (preferably in Real estate).
• Strong Sales Skills.
• Strong Communication and leadership skills.
• Strong IT skills necessary.

Package details:
• Salary package of 45-60 thousand Rupees per month, depending on the profile of candidate.
• Handsome Commissions offered on successful sales.
• Lunch will be provided by the company.
• Mobile allowance will be provided by the company.
