Job Summary:
We are looking for fresh & talented ‘Sales Executive’ in Sales to sell our real estate project. The Position will handle sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare List of leads & target them as per team directions.
• Entering Customer Feedback.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos.
• Prepare professional, proposals, booking packages.
• Prepare PPT presentations & present to delegations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
• Coordinate with other sales personnel to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
• Reporting to team lead.
Requirements:
• Intermediate education level, at least.
• No experience required as full training will be provided.
• Good level of Sales skills.
• Good level of Communication.
Package details:
• Salary package of 40-50 thousand Rupees per month, depending on the profile of candidate.
• Handsome commission offered on Sales.
• Lunch will be provided by the company.
• Mobile allowance will be provided by the company.
